چکیده

Over the past 20 years, development of offshore wind farms has become increasingly important across world. One most crucial reasons for that is turbines have higher average speeds than those onshore, producing more electricity. In this study, a new hybrid approach integrating Interval Rough Numbers (IRNs) into Best-Worst Method (BWM) and Measurement Alternatives Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) introduced multi-criteria intelligent decision support choose best farm site in Turkey’s coastal area. Four alternatives Aegean Sea are considered based on range criteria. The results show viability proposed which yields Bozcaada as appropriate site, when compared validated using other decision-making techniques from literature, including IRN MABAC, WASPAS, MAIRCA. • A novel integrated MCDM selection presented. 6 main 23 sub-criteria making. rough numbers applied obtain weights all real-world case study carried out considering four sites Turkey.
